Intern, Legal Affairs

Job Scope

At Diasorin, our ten-week paid internship program offers hands on experience that correlates with your degree focus. You will contribute by delivering key tasks and projects that provide to our broader mission of the organization, and how we have an impact on patients’ lives. As an Intern of Diasorin, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with fellow interns, and employees through various onsite and offsite activities! You will also be able to gain industry knowledge that will aid in your professional development, while showcasing your learnings and accomplishments to Senior leaders and fellow colleagues.

Department Overview

Diasorin's Legal Affairs Department plays a crucial role in addressing legal matters specific to our industry. These responsibilities include: Intellectual Property (IP) Management, Clinical Trail Support, Product Liability and Risk Management, Government Affairs, Litigation Management, Ethics and Corporate Governance, and Employment Law. Legal intern program may provide focus on:

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including licensing agreements, research and development contracts, manufacturing agreements, and collaborations with other companies or institutions.
  • Compliance Training: Develop and implement compliance training programs to educate employees on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the life sciences industry.
  • Data Privacy and Security: Address legal issues related to data privacy and security, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

  • Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s Degree. Flexible on degree scope with an interest in the legal field.
  • Currently enrolled in a University or College Program that is accredited. Recent graduates may be considered.
  • Must be enrolled in or have completed courses related to field of interest.
  • Required Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Attention to Detail, Being A Team Player and Operating with Professionalism.
