What you may learn

  • Conducting review of all new employee onboarding resources
  • Assisting with pre-employment screening caseload
  • Managing the creation/editing of job descriptions
  • Performing salary range analysis
  • Developing/organizing training material
  • Assisting with reports for senior leaders
  • Performing other related duties as requested

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree

Preferred qualifications 

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree  
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting 
  • Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and receive dynamic on-the-job training 
  • Highly organized; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
