On a mission to change education: In over 200 schools across the country, Innocent Classroom trained educators liberate children of color from the weight of negative stereotypes and low expectations. Building authentic and individual relationships with their students, empowered educators connect with each child’s driving force – their good – and channel that insight into learning and growth. 

Job Description: Programs staff deliver the Innocent Classroom training to educators and perform all administrative tasks in preparation for trainings. Evaluation staff work cooperatively with our partner schools and districts to measure and communicate the impact of our work. 

Interns will gain experience in:

·   Innocent Classroom program content (opportunity to attend training programs dependent on schedule)

·   Research and administrative support

·   Program materials preparation - print and digital

·   Data entry

·   Qualitative and quantitative analysis

This is an on-location internship. Intern will work closely with department leaders and alongside other Innocent Classroom employees in our Minneapolis office. 

This is a temporary non-employee position with opportunities for continued work.

Hours: 10-20 hours / week. 3-4 month commitment. Hours are flexible. 

Compensation: Unpaid internship.
